I was born as very empathic and intuitive gifts growing up, picking up on others emotions before they were able to realize what they were feeling for themselves. Because of my highly empathic abilities I developed a natural interest in healing by helping people by helping them understand how they are feeling, and receiving insight on how to navigate these obstacles. I studied different healing techniques for almost two decades and would love to share my knowledge and insight with you by offering you a session tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I am a certified life coach, certified breath work instructor, a reiki 2 practitioner, and a certified sound healer.

The crystal bowls are incredibly resonant and can also be used for cleansing, increasing mental clarity, inducing deep relaxation, and improving happiness and wellbeing. Reiki is a Japanese form of healing, also known as energy healing. A higher level of energy called universal energy, is channeled through the palms of the reiki practitioner to the client. This can either be a hands on or hands off experience. Reiki will help promote any physical and emotional healing.
